Why you Need a Headshot photo

I collaborate with you to create the best photography session and work around your busy schedule.
PLANNING PHONE CALL
It’s important for me to understand what you are looking for to give you the best experience possible. We’ll discuss location (Indoor or outdoor? My studio or your office?), what you’ll be using the photos for, your budget, any company or branding specifications, etc. This allows us to create a session custom designed just for you.
PHOTO SESSION
Depending on what we decide, the session will typically last 1 hour at the location of your choice. Most people will do 2-3 different outfits to get different looks.
ORDERING PROCESS
In about a week you will receive a link to your Online Gallery. You choose the photos you want - I’m happy to offer suggestions and answer any questions you have.
Group/Team/office headshots
Gathering the whole company or team together and updating all the profiles at once can create a cohesive, updated look. Pick a Team Coordinator, set a date, and I will come to your office to give everyone a personal 10-minute photo session.
PLANNING PHONE CALL
I will work with your Team Coordinator to determine the best location and date. We will discuss branding specifications such as lighting and tone to match the look and feel of your company. Each person will be sent information to sign up in advance and will be assigned a timeslot for their 10-minute session.
PHOTOSESSION
I come to your office and set up in a conference room or outside. I know you are busy, so I do my best to make things quick and fun and stay on time to get you photographed with minimal interruption of your day.
ORDERING PROCESS
Each person will receive a unique link to view their photo gallery online. They will pick their favorite(s) and order it online.
INDIVIDUAL PRICING
The price for a one-hour Headshot is $350 and includes the following:
Consultation Call to design your photoshoot
One hour in-studio or at a location of your choice (ex. a local park or downtown Portland)
Two to three outfits
Link to your online Gallery to choose and order your photos
Three retouched digital images in a variety of formats - ready to print or use online in your business
team/office pricing
