Justin’s senior photos were in the spring, just before graduation, the trees didn’t have their leaves on them yet, so they created a nice framing element and some great contrasts. I especially like the shot with the sun behind him. We were also able to finish off by the river with his truck! Congratulations Justin!
Colin brought his game to our Senior Photo Shoot - literally and figuratively. He plays lacrosse & celebrated it with some lacrosse shots and he’s really looking forward to continuing to play in college too. Adam and I headed to WLHS where he had spent so much of his time playing baseball for West Linn. You can tell how comfortable he is on the field and in the dugout by his great smiles. We also spent time in Portland getting some great urban shots, I’m loving his photos - I especially like the lines of the Tillikum Bridge with the hills of Portland in the distance & the shots in the city. This year I felt so fortunate to have photographed some seniors that I had photographed when they were younger, Matthew was one of them - it’s so awesome to meet them again all grown up. Matthew and I had a great time during his senior photo shoot. He gave me the best smiles, and I love how the blue shirt really brings out the blue in his eyes, he’s so handsome. We even got a few basketball shots in the parking lot where we ended the session. Check out the photo of Matthew when he was younger - it’s so fun to look back. I loved putting together Andrew’s Senior Photo blog! Andrew brought such great energy to the shoot and was so easy going, he went along with my fun & we captured awesome photos of him. I especially like the ones of him in the field with his saxophone. Andrew & Sam are twins & they did their photo shoot together, which is super cool & I love that their photos will hang so nicely together, with the same energy, lighting and coloring. Griffin is the youngest of 3 boys, and it was so great to meet him after photographing his brothers the past few years. It always warms my heart to help document this time in their lives and then to be able to photograph all brothers is just a plus! Griffin is a super nice guy & went along with my fun. I love the lighting in many shots and always love when the seniors get dressed up for the photos too.
I love photographing the High School Seniors, especially like in Jay’s case, when I have photographed him a few times with his family & I believe the first time he was just 4 years old? For Jay’s senior photos, we photographed him at his beautiful home, with the vivid green trees and a great woodsy feel. I added a photo of Jay when he was young. It such an honor to capture photos over time for a family, it’s the milestones that we cherish. Congrats Jay!
