Evan's Senior Photo Shoot had a new creative component. The consummate scholar, he wanted to go to the Portland Library where we got some shots inside and outside the library. It was great to have such a fun and different photo shoot. We then we headed down to the river for some some more Urban shots. I brought a typewriter as a prop, which ended up being one of my favorite photos from the shoot. He's now studying pre-law in Washington D.C. - good luck, Evan! We know you'll do great!

Here's the beautiful Dickson family showing the colorful side of fall with the funky side of Portland too. What I love is that we photographed three generations for their photo session and they are so darn cute together. Love those little twins!

We photographed in Portland last week with Dylan and had such a wonderful photo session. What a great guy; he kept the energy up, and went along with all of my ideas. And then he added some of his own at the end. It was a great collaboration and he looks so handsome.

PJ's photos are as awesome as he is! I have had the pleasure of photographing PJ since he was about 6 years old, so these are quite sentimental to me. I am honored to have photographed him through the years for his family and to have seen him grow into a wonderful young man. Congratulations PJ on achieving your Eagle Scout rank, that is quite a feat and I wish you all the best at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Nathaniel's senior photo shoot was so awesome! He brought his guitar and skateboard, and we were able to capture some fun shots of him. I would of loved extending his shoot, to some jumps and big actions shots but it can get pretty busy in the city. When he played the guitar, he just fell into a natural pose and looked so comfortable. These are some of my favorite shots. He chose to have his photo shoot in Portland, and I just love the textures and backdrops we used, they add so much to the photos. Check out a few sneak peeks from Nathaniel's senior shoot.
