Making Team Headshots Fun: The Power of Posing with Pets

Team headshots can be lots of fun and bring out each individual personality, especially when you bring along your best friend! I recently took outside headshots of a local company for their website and marketing materials. After all the serious shots were taken, we had everyone snuggle in and pose with their dog. You can see how powerful their connections are in how relaxed and happy everyone looks! I love how this series turned out - it’s absolutely adorable!

Sokol Larkin Law Firm, Portland Headshot Photographer

I set up a mini studio at my client's office to photograph new headshots for them. I’m always willing to travel to the client’s location in order to photograph the whole office with the least amount of disruption. This client requested updated photos for their website and other marketing material, and the results are impressive! I love to see how clients utilize their headshots, and their new, updated website looks superb!

Capturing your team’s personality: Outdoor headshot session for the whole Company, Tualatin Headshot Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of photographing headshots for a firm in Tigard. They requested individual photos of their employees in an outdoor setting, and over several days, we captured each person. The result was a cohesive collection of images that reflect the personality of each team member while maintaining a harmonious look. I think they turned out great!

I’m always happy to travel to your location, meet at a local park, or use my studio for your company headshots. If you’re interested in updating your professional images, please reach out!.

Kate's Headshot Session, Portland Headshot Photographer

When it comes to professional headshots, few places hold as much weight and significance as a law firm. The need for portraying credibility, trustworthiness, and competence is paramount in the legal industry. I loved photographing all the lawyers at Sokol Larkin. They did an amazing job updating their website with everyone’s headshots on their profile pages.

Kate is a perfect example of the classic headshot - beautiful lighting, strong, confident poses, and, of course, trustworthiness.

Check out their site for more examples of their headshots.

Mandi's Headshots, Portland Headshot Photographer

I photographed Mandi and the rest of the team onsite at their Portland Law office. As lawyers, they want to capture their individual personalities, while still presenting a united team feel. Going into their office and using the same studio lights for each person creates a cohesive set of photos that are great to use on their website, business cards, and other marketing material. Mandi looks awesome - so professional and confident in all her headshots!

Shiwanni's Headshot Session, Portland Headshot Photographer

For Shiwanni’s headshot session, I visited the office in Portland to capture headshots of their lawyers. The goal was to reflect professionalism and approachability in their photographs. Each member of the office was photographed individually, but with the same lighting and background to give a cohesive look & feel to the firm. Shiwanni has the best smile and looks amazing in each of her photos!

Lexi's Headshot Photo Session - Kerri Ann Garfield Photography

For Lexi’s professional headshot session, I took a variety of photos both outdoors in the natural light and in my studio. The goal was to convey a sense of competence and professionalism for her. Through different lighting and posing techniques, each photograph portrays a strong and confident presence, perfect for use in a professional setting. Lexi was a pleasure to work with, and I think her photos look awesome!

Lori's Headshots, West Linn Headshot Photographer

Lori came to my studio for some updated headshots. We got some beautiful traditional studio portraits, and then moved to my porch to take advantage of the natural light and more of a casual look. They look so warm and inviting. For the finale, she brought in her adorable Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky) for her own little photoshoot. I love photographing pets with their owners as they are every bit a part of the family as anyone. Little DeeDee hammed it up smiling for the treats! Enjoy Lori and DeeDee’s blog of their head shots.
